I rec’d a very nice sampler from Mimi, (Mia Mallows) the other day. Having had a migraine, I waited a couple of days for the migraine to subside. I was afraid that the gourmet marshmallows she carries would go stale in my wait. Boy was I wrong?! I was really, very shocked at how quickly Mimi’s package arrived to me. Wrapped lovingly with tissue paper, and included a card. Both the card, AND the business card are adorned very nicely with her Mia Mallows logo.

Mimi sent us as I said, a sampler. Included in this was:

Mia Mallows

These are sooooo good! Soft, and marshmallowy. Was there life before Mia Mallows? Soft and fluffy. I’m near marshmallow heaven here.

On her site, she lists that these are 1/2 inch cubes. I think that sounds small compared to the ones I’m looking at! I really thought the size was much larger. I also had the thought that these would be real sweet. Again, I was wrong. These are flavored to perfection! Each one a gorgeous color, representing the flavor.

These were a true delight for my family. Each mallow cube was generously sized, enough so that 4 of us were able to share, and get the full taste effect!

I’m only sorry that I didn’t ask Mimi to dip mine in chocolate ahead of time!
