Rudolph Foods Pork Rinds Review and Contest

I received a nice variety package of pork rinds to try and I have to say they are a great snack food. These came from Rudolph’s Foods in Ohio.  Rudolph’s is one of the world’s largest suppliers of branded and private label snack products.  They are the largest producer of pork rinds.

Original Pork Rinds  (Chicharrones) are really good.  Nice and crispy and make a wonderful crunch as you bite into them.  They are seasoned perfectly.  We ate these dipping them into salsa.  Even my youngest was digging in.

Hot & Spicy Pork Rinds (Chicharrones) and they are the perfect hot.  I love spicy food and these were really good.   Unfortunately for my family they were gone fast.  We enjoyed these dipped in chip dip too.

The last ones I had to review are my favorite.   Chicharinas Puffed Wheat Snacks in Chile & Lime Flavor are so good and addicting.  The have a hint of spice and a mild lime tartness.   I ate these plain but my husband spread cream cheese on his.  They were fantastic both ways.

Rudolph’s the World’s Largest Producer of Pork Rinds Celebrates National Hispanic Heritage Month by Asking ¿Qué Hay De Cena?  Which means “What’s For Dinner?” in English.  Rudolph Foods encourages consumers to share and create  Hispanic inspired recipes incorporating Rudolph Foods or Pepe’s brand pork rinds for a chance to win a cash prize, free product and more.   This contest runs from 9/01/09 to 10/01/09 for complete rules and information click here.
