Oh, how I wish we had smell-o-pc, so you could smell how wonderful this fragrance is.

I love scents. Whether it be candles, perfumes, room sprays, linen fresheners, baked goods, fresh bread or cookies, even laundry detergent, and fabric softener. I.Love.Scents.

I was sent samples of Leslie Blodgett Perfume Diaries – Bare Skin, and while wearing it … I feel …. pretty, romantic, lady like. (hush up WinterWitch)
Many women proclaim a love, a passion for shoes, or purses. My passion’s are socks, and scents! And the scent isn’t coming from the socks.
This is not an overwhelming fragrance, to me it’s just the right amount. I have even allowed my tween to wear it. It’s just not overbearing, and is certainly suitable for those of all ages.

Top: No clock in sight and no reason to wake up. (Black Pepper, Freesia, Anise)
Middle Hot, hot hopping to the towel on sand. (Iris, Vanilla, Orchid, Plumeria, Patchouli)
Bottom: Finally, time to mingle, baring amber shoulders still warm from the day (Sandalwood, Labdanum, Musk).

Bare Skin, the first scent in the series, is reminiscent of an experience during a trip to Mexico, where Leslie cart-wheeled fancy-free down a sunny beach while emanating true, unbridled joy. “When I have an experience, I like to have a scent behind it. So the mailman comes with a small but heavy box and right away my first reaction is to grab a knife and open it.  To my surprise it has lotion and perfumes from The Cream Perfume Company.  SWEET!  By now I’m giddy with excitment and can’t get the seals off fast enough.

The Cream Perfume Company has a great selection of solid perfumes and I got to try quite a few out, (psst! they are organic).  My favorite is Mimosa Bouquet.  I love floral scents and this tickled my senses.  I like solid perfumes in general and they are usually hard to find.  These are like no other I’ve tried.  They are nice and smooth and easy to apply just a bit so it’s not over powering.

I also got to try their body moisturizers.  With scents of Coconut, Lavender, and Rose they are all favorites!  They are smooth and not greasy.  The scents are calming and not over powering.  I washed my hands and the scent was still on my skin leading me to believe it is still doing its job as a moisturizer.
