Bed Bouquet Review & Giveaway ~Ends 11/09/09~ *CLOSED*
Review & Giveaway.
Bed Bouquet The Undercover Fragrance.
I love scents, for me the stronger it is, the better. Fred from Bed Bouquet, sent a package containing 2 units. Linen fresh, and Citrus. And oh boy, do they ever smell! They are great. The scent is wonderful in these. Each package has a clear strip of “tape” that covers the holes on the front that release the fragrance. The idea behind Bed Bouquet, comes from Fred’s own Mother who had commented that she wished there were a way to keep linens fresher, longer. You can easily use Bed Bouqet by attaching it to the top, or foot of your mattress, then covering with the linens. Voila. I often sprinkle powder on our sheets, however the downside to that is the dust from the powder is now everywhere, and the head of the bed, and surrounding areas need dusted. I’m in a sense, creating more work for myself. I can see myself easily switching to Bed Bouquet … permanently.
On the Bed Bouquet site, there is a lot of information, including, but not limited to information on those nasty little critters that are making a horrifying comeback, bed bugs. Take a peek at their mattress cleaning tips, and even bedroom design tips.
Fred has generously offered 2 of our readers the chance to win a sample kit containing 2 units per kit.

I’ve heard of putting your mattress outside to air out, but hadn’t heard of mattress thwacking (great term!)I imagine it would be quite cathartic, and interesting to see what muck flies out of your mattress. Great tip!
I subscribe to NW emails.
Something I learned from the site (which is very colorful and cool btw:
he best thing you can do is to avoid getting your mattress dirty in the first place. Encasing the mattress and the box spring in hypoallergenic cases protects them from dust and grime and will cut down on dust mites. However, liquid can still seep through most cases and into the mattress. You may want to consider placing a rubber sheet on the mattress for protection against spills or childhood accidents.

I learned that when furnishing a small bedroom, you should make sure nothing blocks the entrance or breaks the natural foot path between the door and the far wall. This arrangement enhances the illusion of space. Now why didn’t I think of that? Thank you for the giveaway!

I learned that De-humidifiers set to control relative humidity at about 50% or below will discourage dust mites, which favour humid environments.
I learned that they can last up to a month.
Thank you.
I learned Millions of people are suffering from sleeplessness. This problem can lead to several other problems like depression, poor concentration, memory problems, fatigue or tiredness, headaches, dizziness etc. There are several insomnia cures that can help you. However one treatment that has really worked well for a lot of people is aromatherapy.
Thanks

One way to clean your mattress is very satisfying: take a broomstick and beat the mattress down for about 30 minuets. This is called “mattress thwacking.”
