Ecover Review And Giveaway Ends 10/21/09 *CLOSED*

Ecover sent us ab 8.4 fl oz (250ml) bottle of Ecological Hand Soap ~ Lavender & Aloe Vera.

When using it, I can FEEL the aloe vera in this. I often don’t in other products marked as such. I have noticed that my hands are smoother, and seem to stay cleaner a little longer. To make sense of that last line, let me try to explain. I think many “anti bacterial” liquid hand soaps contain some sort of oils, which kind of cling and feels like dirt is sticking to my hands. I don’t have that feeling using this. I’m actually rather fond of this bottle. It has a nice “dose” of lavender while your using it, kind of refreshing and relaxing. Hubby and I both tested it out, and it does remove grease EASILY from your hands!

Bottle and labels are made of polyethylene; pump of polypropylene. Polyethylene and polypropylene are 100 % recyclable and can be recycled together using a low energy process. 

How great is that? Well, I think it’s wonderful. And I think I’ll purchasing Ecover hand soap in the future, I hope I can find their cleaning products in our area. We live in a small rural area.

Listed along with product details on their site, are Environmental advantages of that product. As I mentioned we are in a rural area, and I was so glad to read that the hand soap is suitable for septic tanks!
